Important Missouri Medicaid Coverage Update

We recently learned of an important change affecting Missouri Medicaid patients and wanted to share this information as quickly as possible.

Beginning July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid will no longer cover chiropractic services. This change affects all Missouri Medicaid plans, including:

• MO HealthNet
• Home State Health
• Healthy Blue
• UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

✅ The good news: Chiropractic services remain covered through June 30, 2026.

After July 1, patients with Missouri Medicaid will be responsible for payment for chiropractic services.

If you have been considering treatment, need a follow up visit, or would like to use your chiropractic benefits before coverage ends, we encourage you to schedule as soon as possible. Appointment availability may become limited as this deadline approaches.

Many patients may not yet be aware of this upcoming change. As soon as we learned about it, we wanted to make sure our community had the opportunity to use their benefits before they expire.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. 🇺🇸

Lincoln County is currently under weather alerts for strong storms moving through the area today and into tonight. Conditions may include heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, and the potential for severe weather. Please stay weather-aware and have a plan in place in case conditions worsen.

We know a large storm has already moved through parts of Lincoln County. Please give our crews room to work and stay alert for the next round of severe weather expected later today.

We are beyond proud to celebrate one of our favorite ultra runners, Chelsea, for placing 3rd overall in the 2025–2026 Eastern Missouri Ultra Series (EMUS)! 🏃‍♀️🔥

The EMUS is a points-based competition featuring six of the most popular ultra races in Eastern Missouri, kicking off in March with the Howard Aslinger 12 & 24 Hour Endurance Runs and wrapping up in January with the Shippey Endurance Runs.

Chelsea completed 5 races totaling 286 race miles, and an incredible 1,413 total miles run in 2025. That kind of dedication, grit, and consistency is inspiring to say the least!

At our chiropractic office, we believe every patient’s goals matter — whether that’s:
• Competing in ultra marathons
• Staying active with family
• Recovering from injury
• Improving daily function and mobility

We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand each individual’s needs, build personalized care plans, and support both recovery and performance — from everyday routines to elite endurance events.

Chelsea’s success is a testament not only to her hard work, but to what’s possible when training, recovery, and individualized care come together. We’re honored to be part of her journey and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next! 💪
