Today we’re celebrating our amazing Office Manager, Chelsea!

For the past 7 years, Chelsea has been an incredibly important part of Carter Family Chiropractic. She has been with us through so much growth and change, and over the years she has become much more than an employee—she’s truly part of our CFC family. ❤️

Her dedication, loyalty, hard work, and the care she shows our patients and our team every day do not go unnoticed. Seven years is a lot of birthdays, busy Mondays, crazy schedules, laughs, and memories together—and we’re incredibly grateful for every one of them!

To our amazing Carter Family Chiropractic family,

We wanted to let you know that our office will be closed beginning Friday, July 17, 2026, as our family takes some much-needed time away together. We will reopen on Monday, July 27, 2026, ready to serve you with renewed energy and focus.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and for allowing us to be a part of your health journey. Your support means more to our family than words can express, and because of you, we’re able to step away, make memories with our children, and return refreshed to continue providing the best care possible.

Important Missouri Medicaid Coverage Update

We recently learned of an important change affecting Missouri Medicaid patients and wanted to share this information as quickly as possible.

Beginning July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid will no longer cover chiropractic services. This change affects all Missouri Medicaid plans, including:

• MO HealthNet
• Home State Health
• Healthy Blue
• UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

✅ The good news: Chiropractic services remain covered through June 30, 2026.

After July 1, patients with Missouri Medicaid will be responsible for payment for chiropractic services.

If you have been considering treatment, need a follow up visit, or would like to use your chiropractic benefits before coverage ends, we encourage you to schedule as soon as possible. Appointment availability may become limited as this deadline approaches.

Many patients may not yet be aware of this upcoming change. As soon as we learned about it, we wanted to make sure our community had the opportunity to use their benefits before they expire.

We know a large storm has already moved through parts of Lincoln County. Please give our crews room to work and stay alert for the next round of severe weather expected later today.
