I came home from Mind Body Soul Saturday night to see, for the first time since I took her home two years ago to care for her, a new orchid flower. I had no idea what she’d look like, and there she was by surprise, this perfect little gorgeous otherworldly flower. 😍

Holding that each one of us continues to grow, bloom, and be captured by a bit of surprised beauty.

Thank you everyone who was a part of the fest, all practitioners, vendors, creators, artists, workshop facilitators, those lending a hand for set up and tear down, sharing the event and spreading the word, all those who attended….thank you thank you thank you for making such a beautiful day happen.

A special thank you to my partner Logan for being the best support I could ever ask for, and Jenna for all her hard work, support, GORGEOUS spaces, outreach and love, as building containers or spaces like this is a lot to hold and we cannot do it alone 💕
