Sacral Chakra | Joy vs. Survival

The sacral chakra is associated with joy, creativity, pleasure, emotions, and connection.

When we’re stuck in survival mode, joy is often one of the first things to fade.

We stop creating.
We stop playing.
We stop receiving.

Not because we’ve lost those parts of ourselves.

But because our energy has been focused on getting through the day.

From a nervous system perspective, it’s difficult to experience flow when the body is constantly preparing for the next challenge.

The lesson of the sacral chakra:
