Hey y’all! Just a reminder that Little Books, Big Feelings is tomorrow! 📚

We’ll read children’s books together and talk about the bigger feelings, themes, and lessons woven into them. Because children’s books can teach us so much too.

And there’s no prep and no homework! We’ll read the books together, so just come as you are, ready to read, reflect, and connect.

Tomorrow is Connection Circle! 💛

A space for moms to connect, share, listen, and simply be in community with one another. This is not group therapy, just a chance to meet other moms and have a little space to breathe and connect.

Little ones ages 0–5 are welcome! 🧸

We’ll also have a few light treats as we celebrate 2 years of Her Outlet. Nothing fancy, just a little something to enjoy together. 🥐✨

August is here! 🌿

We are so excited to share what’s happening at Her Outlet this month!

This August is especially meaningful because we’re celebrating TWO YEARS of Her Outlet.

For the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of creating a space where moms can connect, breathe, move, heal, and know they don’t have to do motherhood alone. Every class attended, every conversation shared, every laugh, every tear, and every hug has helped shape this community into what it is today.

Feeling so grateful. 💛

Thank you to everyone who voted for Her Outlet in the TulsaKids Family Favorites Awards! Being named a finalist for Best Prenatal/Postpartum Classes is such an honor, and it’s all because of this incredible community.

While we didn’t take home the award this year, I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone who has supported Her Outlet along the way. It was such a fun evening celebrating with and connecting with so many amazing businesses and organizations that are making a difference for families across Tulsa.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for allowing Her Outlet to be a small part of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I’m excited for all that’s still to come.
