to mature that I sought healing in a whole food diet. The meals I look forward to today are the ones rich in nutrients and enhanced with natural healing agents. And you could certainly say that my body is thankful. With time, education, and simply understood changes, I was able to experience balance in my hormones, cravings, and sleep. When I witnessed how an attention to nutrition could influence my energy in a positive way, I knew it was something I wanted to share.
