🏆 WELCOME TO THE DEEP RELIEF ELITE - Every championship team is built differently. You win by carefully choosing people with different strengths, different skill sets, and 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

T𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳.

We didn't hire therapists because they happened to have an opening on their schedule.

We built a team. A team of specialists.

𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 has spent years developing their own expertise, refining their techniques, and becoming exceptional at something unique. Some are movement experts. Some are known for impossible knots. Some have decades of experience. Some have mastered techniques that few therapists ever learn.

Because the truth is...

T𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 "𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁" 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁.

There's the best therapist for what 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 body needs.

So we decided to have a little fun and celebrate our team the way an elite roster deserves...

🏆 The Deep Relief Elite Player Cards.

Every card represents a different specialty.
Every therapist brings a different strength.
Every player has earned their spot on this team.

💙 Because when it comes to your body, you deserve more than just whoever has the next opening.

You deserve the right therapist.

🚨 The biggest lie you've ever been told about back pain..."Just sit up straight."

For years, we've been told that perfect posture is the answer. But here's what most people never hear...𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆.

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲.🏃

That's why someone with "perfect posture" can still have back pain... while someone who slouches sometimes doesn't.

The issue often isn't how you're sitting...

💡 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱:

At Deep Relief, we don't want you chasing "perfect posture." We want you moving better, feeling stronger, and 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀 in the first place.

🏋️ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗲? 👀

That stubborn area where your chest meets your armpit that feels tight after bench press, push-ups, pull-ups, rows, shoulder presses, or even swimming.

It isn't just "muscle soreness." It's often tightness in the and latissimus dorsi , which can limit shoulder mobility and make your next workout feel stiff and uncomfortable.

🧠 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘆𝘀: Research suggests that self-myofascial release with a tennis ball help reduce muscle tightness, improve shoulder mobility, and 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 post-workout soreness.

🎾 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀:
undefinedPlace a tennis ball between under your armpit. Apply gentle pressure while slowly rolling your shoulder back and forth.

You can also - Place a tennis ball between the front of your shoulder/chest (next to—not inside—your armpit) and a wall. Apply gentle pressure while slowly raising and lowering your arm for 30–60 seconds.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. PLUS - it can be really hard to ease the tightness in your "lats" - this will help with that!

⚠️ Safety Tip: Stay on the muscle. Avoid pressing directly into the center of the armpit, where important nerves and blood vessels are located.

Have you ever tried using a tennis ball for muscle recovery? We'd love to hear what worked for you!

💥 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
If this person drives like this for the next few years... what do you think starts hurting first? 🎁 The first person to correctly guess the first likely problem wins a $20 Deep Relief Massage Credit!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱: Start by adjusting your seat so your elbows stay slightly bent and your head rests comfortably against the headrest. If your car doesn't offer good lumbar support, a small lumbar cushion or rolled-up towel behind your lower back can make a huge difference on longer drives.

If the pain has already set in, our Deep Relief Signature™ treatment is designed to undo the tension that builds up from hours behind the wheel. If needed, we'll combine it with orthopedic massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, or dry needling to get to the root of the problem.
