We’re thrilled to offer a Sound Journey in the heart of Old Forge. This truly breathtaking and transformative space is the perfect place to come relax, recharge and unwind from the week. "The Bear Den" is a sanctuary for many looking to expand their practice of the mindfulness and wellness arts.

As usual Dan and I will be facilitating an hour long Sound Journey, titled "Bending Reality with Sound". We aim to explore what Sound can do for supporting and encouraging self exploration and rebalancing of the mind, body and spirit. Join us!

Limited spots are available. $40/person. Cash or Venmo at door.

As always please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort. The Bear Den also offers gravity chairs upon request. Information on that is provided when you register.
