🫶 Join us in wishing Vyacheslav Tarasevich well in his retirement from The Arc.

🤘Slava, as he's better known, joined The Arc 26 years ago as a Floating Workshop Supervisor before becoming a Senior Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and, most recently, an Employment Specialist.

⭐️ He's incredibly hard-working, conscientious, and, beneath the no-nonsense exterior, a teddy bear and friend to his peers and the people we support.

📝With the start of a new school year right around the corner, our School to Work program is preparing to support students in school districts across our region.

🌟One success story recently highlighted by Spectrum News 1 Central New York/S Tier is that of Mikayla Gadz, a graduate of the program and a longtime employee at Westmoreland Central School District.

👏 Mikayla credits both School to Work and The Arc’s Employment Solutions programs with helping her find a job and grow in her role as a teacher’s aide.

🌊 You don’t just see Niagara Falls USA, you experience it! 🐠A group of residents did just that this weekend as they visited one of the world’s natural wonders, taking in the breathtaking views aboard the Maid of the Mist and enjoying the marine life at an aquarium.
