💜 A huge thank you to Pediatric Therapy Associates for welcoming us yesterday and allowing us to set up a table and connect with families in our community!

We had such a wonderful time handing out resources, answering questions, and most importantly, getting the opportunity to speak with families who are looking for ABA services and support for their children. Being able to meet families face-to-face, hear their experiences, and share how we may be able to help is exactly what community outreach is all about.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to connect, build relationships, and let families know that they don’t have to navigate this journey alone. 💜

🎉 Please join us in welcoming our newest BCBA, John, to the Transformative ABA family! 💙

John brings approximately 15 years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities and autism services, with experience in clinical and organizational settings. His passion for ABA began after discovering the field while browsing a used bookstore in Michigan—which led him to change his major during his senior year! 📚

What John loves most about working with children is seeing them develop new skills, gain confidence, and become more independent. He believes that even the smallest steps forward can make a meaningful difference for a child and their family.

We’re excited to have John join our team and look forward to learning from his experience, collaborating with him, and seeing the impact he’ll make with our clients, families, and staff. 🤝✨

A few fun facts about John:
🐾 He’s originally from Muskegon, Michigan, and now lives in the Fort Worth area.
🐶 He has two dogs, Shadow and Storm.
🎮 He enjoys video games, technology, spending time with family, and learning new things.
☕ He’s definitely a coffee person!
🌎 He tries to experience something new at least once every month.
📺 Two of his favorite shows are The Leftovers and Dark, and he’s recently been getting more into anime.
📚 He’s also a big fan of audiobooks, especially Dungeon Crawler Carl, The Lord of the Rings, and the Hannibal Lecter series.

When asked what teamwork means to him, John shared that it’s about open communication, supporting one another, following through, listening to feedback, sharing knowledge, and stepping in when a teammate needs support.

🌟 Meet the Team: Paige, RBT! 🌟

Everyone say hello to Paige! 💙

Paige joined Transformative ABA as a Behavior Technician, and within just a few weeks she crushed her goal of passing the RBT exam! 🎉📚👏 We are so proud to officially celebrate her as one of our amazing Registered Behavior Technicians! 💙

💡 What inspired Paige to become an RBT?
Her biggest inspiration is her son with Down syndrome. Watching therapists help him learn and grow sparked a passion in her to make that same difference in the lives of other children and families. ❤️

🌈 What does she love most about working with kids?
Their honesty, silly personalities, and those unforgettable moments when they accomplish something new. There’s nothing better than seeing a child light up because they’re proud of themselves! ✨

📚 What are her goals?
Paige is excited to continue learning, growing as an RBT, and finding new ways to help every client thrive. She believes there’s always something new to learn!

🏗 Teamwork makes the dream work at our Corpus Christi clinic!

Our clients and staff dove into an awesome team bonding activity today, working together to build the tallest tower with limited time and supplies. So much cooperative play, parallel play, and real connection happening with their techs today 🥹!

The creativity, problem-solving, and pure joy in the room were off the charts. So many laughs, so much fun, and so many proud little builders! 🎉

At Transformative ABA, we believe teamwork and growth happen best when kids are having a blast. 💙

✨🎃☀️ Summerween week at Transformative ABA’s Corpus Christi clinic was a HUGE success! ☀️🎃✨

What a week! Our clinic was filled with laughter, creativity, and so many smiles as we celebrated Summerween together. From festive outfits and themed activities to games, crafts, and plenty of silly moments, our kiddos and technicians truly made this week one to remember.

Watching our clients build skills while having so much fun is what it’s all about. We love creating an environment where learning feels exciting, friendships grow, and every child has a reason to smile.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for bringing the energy, enthusiasm, and Halloween spirit in the middle of summer! We hope everyone had as much fun as we did—we’re already looking forward to the next celebration! 🎃🧡☀️

We’re so excited to introduce Katrina, one of the wonderful members of the Transformative ABA family! 💙

💙 What inspired you to work in ABA?
Katrina’s passion for ABA comes from a very personal place. She has siblings and children with autism, giving her the opportunity to witness the life-changing impact of ABA firsthand. While she loves celebrating every milestone her clients achieve, what means the most to her is hearing parents share how therapy has positively impacted their family’s everyday life.

🎓 What’s next for Katrina?
She is excited to continue growing in her career while working toward earning her bachelor’s degree!

🏡 A little about Katrina…
Originally from Abilene, Texas, Katrina is a proud dog mom to Cece and Athena. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending church, and cooking. Her favorite comfort food is mac & cheese, her favorite movie is The Greatest Showman, and she’s definitely reaching for an energy drink over coffee! ⚡

✈️ Dream vacation?
If she could travel anywhere in the world, she’d love to visit Sweden or Greece.

✨ Meet Caitlyn! 💙

We’re so excited to officially welcome Caitlyn to the Transformative ABA family as our newest Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! 🎉

With 7 years of experience as a BCBA and 4 years as a Clinical Director, Caitlyn brings an incredible amount of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our team. But what stands out most is her heart for helping others.

💙 “There is no other field, in my opinion, as rewarding as being in ABA.”

Caitlyn loves watching children grow into themselves and seeing their personalities shine as they make meaningful progress. She shared that returning to the BCBA role felt like coming home because working alongside RBTs and making a difference in the lives of children is what she’s most passionate about.

Say hello to Anthony, one of our newest Behavior Technicians at our Corpus Christi clinic! 💙
Anthony joined Transformative ABA after previously working in another ABA clinic and is excited to continue growing in a field he's truly passionate about. His love for working with children comes from having a soft spot for helping them learn, grow, and celebrate milestones—especially when they begin using the skills they've learned outside of the clinic. His long-term goal is to continue learning and one day become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! 🎉
Originally from McAllen, Texas, Anthony enjoys spending his free time near the water, whether he's fishing or hunting. He's also a proud pet parent to his cat, Luka (3 years old) and his dog, Cortana (5 years old). 🐱🐶
