💬 LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER. ❤️

I’ve been thinking about how many people we cross paths with every day… and how little we sometimes know about the person behind the screen.

So today, I want to change that. 👇🏻

Tell me ONE thing about yourself that you wish more people knew.

It can be something big.
Something small.
Something you’re proud of.
Something you’ve been through.
Or simply something that makes you you. ❤️

I’ll start:

I wish more people understood that just because someone looks okay on the outside doesn’t mean they’re okay on the inside.

Your turn. đź’™

And please… read the comments and connect with someone else, too. You never know whose words might make someone feel a little less alone today. 🫶🏻

Sometimes we need a reminder that even when things feel quiet, our story may still be reaching people.

The podcast I was recently a guest on has now passed 1,400 views. ❤️

That number means more to me than you might think.

Because behind every view is a person who may have heard something they needed to hear.

Maybe someone living with Long COVID who finally feels a little less alone.

Maybe a family member who understands invisible illness a little better.

Maybe someone who has been dismissed, doubted, or told that what they’re experiencing isn’t real.

That is why I continue to share my story.

And why I wrote Broken by the Invisible.

If you’d like to hear my conversation and learn more about my journey, I’ll leave the podcast below. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has listened, shared, encouraged me, and helped my story reach farther than I ever imagined.

It truly means so much.

Sometimes, we don’t need someone to fix anything.

We just need someone to notice.

To ask, “How are you really doing?”
To listen without judgment.
To sit beside us in the hard moments.
To remind us that we matter—even when we don’t feel like we do.

There are so many people quietly carrying things that nobody else can see.

So today, I just want to remind you:

Be gentle with people. You never know what someone is fighting behind the scenes. ❤️

And if you’re carrying something heavy today, I hope you remember this:

You are seen.
You matter.
And you don’t have to carry it alone.

You can look completely fine on the outside while your body is fighting a battle no one else can see.

You can smile.
You can show up.
You can say, “I’m okay.”

And still be struggling to get through the day.

That’s one of the reasons I wrote Broken by the Invisible — A Journey Through Long Haul Covid and Being Unseen.

Not just to tell my story.

But to put words to an experience so many people are living—and to help those who love them understand what they can’t always see.

Because invisible doesn’t mean imaginary.

And being able to function sometimes doesn’t mean you’re not suffering.

If you’ve ever felt unseen because of an invisible illness, I want you to know this: I see you. ❤️

And if you know someone who needs to hear that today, share this with them.
