TATTOO TRANSFORMATION
**Before and After**
Sadly the person that did this used to work for me: never again.
I can guide, coach, train, teach and give opportunity all I want; but at the end of the day no one will take care of my clients the way I do, no one will tattoo like I can, and no one will care about my business the way I do. I seem to have a habit of trusting the wrong people and believing people when they say they want to learn and care about what they do. I always want to believe that people care about others or the shop like I do.
But they say if you want things done right, you must do it yourself: so here I am. 😊
Maybe my standards and expectations for people I allowed into my space are just too high; but I don't think practice, cleanliness, organization, and communication are bad things at all to ask of highly paid "professionals" that are messing with people's health and appearance, much less those learning trades from me and occupying/utilizing my space. Unfortunately those same people tend to take it as an offense when you tell them to work on their linework, that you will have to let them go if you get one more complaint about their work: then they would rather get salty and open their own shop, ripping off my entire business model, where they can use people's skin as guinea pigs without getting fired.
Anywho, check out this tattoo transformation! This dude has been pretty embarassed about this mess on his neck, and was bashful about asking to have it fixed even after he heard the "artist" was no longer here. He left with the BIGGEST grin on his face. He literally could not stop smiling because not only is he super happy with it now, he also was relieved because he didn't think it was fixable.
I proved him wrong and made it right, exactly how I built my reputation.
If you ever got a tattoo by someone that worked here and were unhappy with it: I am back full time and I need to know so I can make it right. You came into my shop based on the reputation I earned, and if someone I trusted to utilize my space and reputation let you down: I want to fix it. I can't control how people that I open my space to act when I'm not around, but I can control how it is dealt with after the fact and this will never happen again. I think I will keep my reputation to myself from here out.
Integrity and accountability: I'm a big fan of both.
