Last month was Ikaria's official 1 year anniversary, and we couldn't be more thankful. 🤍

What started as a vision for a different kind of healthcare experience has grown into something far greater than we could have imagined. We've had the privilege of meeting incredible people, hearing inspiring stories, celebrating health victories, and building meaningful relationships along the way.

While we've expanded therapies, introduced new technologies, and continued growing our services, the true heart of Ikaria has always been the people.

To our patients: thank you for trusting us with your health, your wellness, and your journey. Your support, encouragement, and belief in what we're building have allowed us to grow and flourish over this past year. It is a privilege to be part of your lives, and we never take that trust for granted.

Exploring the Longevity Clinic | Part 3 Red Light Therapy

The red bed uses a specific wavelength of light that penetrates deeper into the body than visible light.

That wavelength is absorbed by the mitochondria, your cells’ energy centers responsible for producing ATP, the molecule that powers nearly every function in the body.

In simple terms, the red bed supports how your cells generate and use energy. Sessions are typically 15 minutes, a few times per week.
