My name is Jenny Kraft, CRDH, BASDH, OMT, founder of MyoMotions™ Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy here in Vero Beach.
I help both children and adults restore healthy breathing, improve sleep quality, and create balance within the muscles of the face, mouth, head, and neck—because how we breathe, swallow, chew, and rest has a profound impact on our overall health.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is a complementary therapy that works alongside your medical and dental providers. It is not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Instead, it helps optimize muscle function, breathing patterns, and oral function to support the treatments prescribed by physicians, dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, sleep specialists, speech-language pathologists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals. My goal is to help patients not only recover—but truly thrive.

Many people don't realize that symptoms they've struggled with for years can actually be connected to the muscles of the airway and oral cavity.

I work with children who experience:
• Mouth breathing
• Snoring
• Restless sleep
• Bedwetting
• Difficulty focusing or attention concerns
• Speech concerns
• Thumb or finger sucking habits
• Tongue thrust
• Poor facial growth and development
• Feeding difficulties
• Tongue-tie before and after release
• Orthodontic support
Early intervention can help guide healthy facial growth while supporting better breathing, quality sleep, speech development, and lifelong wellness.

I also work with adults experiencing:
• Snoring
• Mild sleep apnea or upper airway resistance
• CPAP intolerance
• Chronic mouth breathing
• Dry mouth
• TMJ pain or jaw tension
• Neck and shoulder tightness
• Headaches
• Teeth grinding and clenching
• Stress-related breathing dysfunction
• Poor sleep quality and daytime fatigue
• Difficulty exercising because of breathing limitations
• Swallowing dysfunction
• Undiagnosed or recurrent tongue-tie restrictions

Women's & Men's Wellness
Healthy breathing, restorative sleep, and proper muscle function influence nearly every system in the body. When breathing is optimized and muscles of the face, tongue, jaw, and neck function efficiently, many patients notice improvements in their daily energy, exercise recovery, posture, stress resilience, focus, and overall quality of life. While myofunctional therapy does not treat hormonal conditions; quality sleep and healthy breathing are important components of whole-body wellness and can support patients as they work with their healthcare providers.

Tongue-Tie Therapy
I provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative myofunctional therapy for tongue-tie releases. Proper muscle training before and after a release is essential for achieving the best functional outcome and helping reduce the risk of reattachment.

My Philosophy
I don't simply treat symptoms—I look at the whole person.
Our muscles influence:
✨ Breathing
✨ Sleep
✨ Facial growth and development
✨ Jaw function
✨ Swallowing
✨ Speech
✨ Posture
✨ Head and neck muscle balance
✨ Athletic performance
✨ Overall wellness

I truly believe that healthcare is most successful when providers work together. My passion is collaborating with physicians, dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, sleep specialists, speech therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Orofacial myofunctional therapy serves as one important piece of that wellness puzzle, helping the body function more efficiently so patients can live healthier, more energized lives.

If you've been searching for answers for yourself or your child, I'd be honored to answer your questions or help guide you toward the resources that best fit your needs. Whether you're struggling with breathing, sleep, jaw pain, oral function, or simply looking to optimize your health, I'm passionate about helping people understand the connection between the mouth, airway, and the rest of the body.

I truly believe that behind every breath, there's a story—and I'd be honored to help write yours.

With gratitude,
Jenny Kraft, CRDH, BASDH, OMT

Orofacial Function Is a Whole-Body Process

In Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, we focus on tongue posture, breathing, swallowing, and facial muscle coordination. But these functions don’t operate in isolation.

The jaw, tongue, and airway are directly influenced by:

✨️ Breathing mechanics and respiratory rhythm

🌿 Nervous system regulation

🌿 Cervical and postural alignment

🌿 Global movement patterns and stability

When these systems are under stress or poorly coordinated, patients may present with:

-🫁Mouth breathing or airway dysfunction

-Jaw tension and headaches

-Poor carryover of myofunctional exercises

-Limited or inconsistent progress in therapy

At MyoMotions, we help you look beyond the orofacial muscles to understand how the entire body supports—or limits—functional change.

By addressing breathing patterns, neuromuscular control, and whole-body integration, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy becomes more efficient.
