If you’re new here, welcome ❤️ I’m so glad you found my page.

Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey for the first time, getting back into it after life got in the way, or simply ready to take your results to the next level, I want you to know this page is about so much more than workouts and meal plans.

I started my own journey 13 years ago after my 2nd baby because I wanted to change my body, but somewhere along the way I realized the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical. It was learning discipline, building confidence, understanding nutrition, becoming stronger, and changing the way I thought about myself and what I was capable of.

The woman in this photo didn’t happen overnight. There were years of learning, mistakes, setbacks, growth, consistency, and continuing to show up even when motivation wasn’t there, also going through a 3rd pregnancy with my now 6 year old son.

That experience is a huge part of why I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I don’t want to simply hand people a plan and tell them what to do. I want to teach my clients why they’re doing it, how to build habits that actually fit their life, and how to become the kind of person who doesn’t have to keep starting over.

Your journey does not have to look like anyone else’s. Your starting point doesn’t define where you can go. And you don’t need perfection to make progress.

Focus on becoming a little stronger, healthier, and more confident than the person you were yesterday.

This transformation means soooo much to me. ❤️

She’s my best friend — and she was also my very first official client when I started my career in 2018.

When we started, She didn’t know how to train, how to structure her nutrition, or how to eat in a way that supported the goals she wanted to achieve.

So we started from the beginning.

She trained with me, learned how to lift, learned how to fuel her body, and built habits she could actually sustain. But the part I’m most proud of is that she didn’t just reach her original goal and stop.

She kept going… even through the ups and downs of life because she changed her ✨lifestyle✨

She learned how to maintain her results, continued progressing on her own, and eventually surpassed the goals she had when we first started.

And THAT is what coaching should do.

The goal isn’t to keep someone dependent on a coach forever. It’s to teach them the skills, habits, and confidence they need to keep going long after the initial program ends.

Her transformation is physical, but it’s also years of consistency, education, confidence, and becoming someone who knows how to take care of herself.

From my first client in 2018 to watching her continue to thrive all these years later… this one will always be special to me. 🥹❤️
