Breastfeeding is one of the first challenges so many new moms face. And when it’s painful, exhausting, or just not working, it can feel really isolating, especially when you don’t know where to turn.

Dr. Zaneta Hamlin and her team specialize in tongue-tie, lip-tie, and buccal tie releases for infants, children, and adults right here in Virginia Beach. is contributing a display board rental to our Birth Expo VB raffle prize lineup, valued at $100. Whether you use it for cookies, charcuterie, a dessert spread, or something totally creative, these boards make whatever you’re serving look absolutely stunning. Note that goodies are not included, just the beautiful board to make your spread shine.

Flippin Hangry is bringing their bold, creative Filipino cuisine that has built them a real following across Hampton Roads.

Pink Taco 757 is serving up tacos made completely from scratch because they don’t cut corners.

Love Child is a local women-owned pop up serving matcha, coffee, and teas that will keep you going all day.

And Swizzle Sticks, another women-owned business, is bringing their mobile bar with fresh, creative drinks to round out the experience.

We have been putting together the food and drink lineup for Birth Expo VB and honestly, we outdid ourselves.

Love Child is a women-owned pop up pouring matcha, coffee, and teas that will make you want to stay all day.

Swizzle Sticks is rolling in with their mobile bar and the kind of creative drinks that make an already great day even better.

Flippin Hangry is serving up their signature Filipino flavors that have made them one of the most talked about pop ups in Hampton Roads.

And Pink Taco 757 is bringing scratch made tacos to the table because that is just how they operate.
