Our team includes functional medicine practitioners, registered functional dietitians, a holistic chef, health coaches, life coaching, counseling and spiritual direction. She is dedicated to helping you move beyond symptoms to achieve lasting well-being. She believes healthcare is a partnership, not just a prescription, and anchors her practice in a functional medicine approach.

With a unique background that includes a B.S. in Nutrition, an M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies, and experience as a Corporate Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, Meredith merges traditional medicine with deep knowledge of nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and rest.

Meredith specializes in Functional Medicine, Direct Primary Care, and Performance Medicine, giving you a personalized, manageable roadmap to understand your body and build positive, lifelong health changes.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern approach to healthcare that focuses on the patient-practitioner relationship.

To meet the needs of every patient, we offer Direct Primary Care for both adults and children through a membership or on a pay-per-visit basis.
