In meditation, I realized something…
Life isn’t about being good.
It’s about being aligned.
I’ve held back parts of myself — my offerings, my beliefs, my truth — because they didn’t fit into what I thought “being good” or “looking good” was supposed to look like.
But alignment doesn’t always look good to everyone.
Sometimes alignment means saying what you actually believe. Sharing what you feel called to share. Trusting what your body already knows, even when it doesn’t fit neatly into someone else’s expectations.
I’m no longer interested in performing “good.”
I’m interested in what feels true. Embodied. Aligned.
And maybe that’s where the real work begins. ✨
