An Apple + Red Light a day. 🍎

The apple made it into the bag every single morning.
It never made it any further.

Some days you don't stop until something makes you.
Ours takes ten minutes, at home.

Red light therapy isn't a one session thing. It's a
show up every day thing.

Most people notice the difference in weeks, not days.
Same as the apple. It was never about one apple.

Your body runs on light. ☀️

Inside every cell are tiny engines called mitochondria. They make the energy your body uses all day. Research shows they respond to red and near infrared light, the same kind of light the morning sun gives off.

That is what a red light panel does. It brings those wavelengths to you, so your cells get their light even when your schedule, the clouds, or the season gets in the way.

Ten minutes in front of the panel. That is your sunrise.

Never miss it again. 🔴

Most red light panels were never built to reach a compressed nerve.

Sciatic pain sits deep, well below the gluteal muscle layer. Visible red light does excellent work on skin, but it stops long before it gets there. That is the whole reason the infrared end of the spectrum exists.

Here is where the research stands. Two meta analyses found low level laser therapy reduced chronic low back pain compared with placebo, though evidence for improved function was weaker. And in a 2020 double blind trial, 148 people with chronic low back pain received either LED photobiomodulation or a sham treatment three times a week for two weeks. Researchers reported reduced pain and fatigue in the LED group. That one matters because it used LED panels, not the clinical lasers most studies rely on.

Longer wavelengths travel further, and 1064nm travels furthest of the seven. Most panels do not include it at all. Every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel carries it at 14% of total LED density, with output verified by independent labs.

Save this for your next flare up, and send it to someone who has been staring at panels wondering which wavelengths actually matter.

Most people think red light therapy is just another skincare trend.

It's more then skincare......

Here's deep resarch

It turns out red light therapy isn't only studied for healthier-looking skin. Researchers have also explored its potential use in areas like muscle recovery, joint comfort, inflammation, sleep quality, hair growth, and more.

That's why you'll find it in homes, clinics, recovery centers, and even professional sports facilities.

One panel.

7 wavelengths.

Benefits that go beyond skincare.

Have you only associated red light therapy with anti-aging, or did you know it has been studied for much more?

Here's what happened to wrinkles after just 4 weeks of red light therapy.

Most people assume red light therapy is just another anti-aging trend.

But researchers weren't looking for perfect before-and-after photos.

They measured what was happening inside the skin itself.

That's where the story becomes interesting.

Over the next few slides we'll walk through published human clinical studies showing how consistent red light therapy may support healthier skin, collagen production, skin texture and wrinkle appearance.

The first measurable changes.

One of the most common questions is:

"How long does red light therapy take to work?"

A 2023 human clinical study found researchers were already measuring early improvements after approximately four weeks of consistent

treatment.

The changes weren't dramatic overnight transformations.

Instead, the skin began showing gradual improvements in appearance, texture and overall quality, suggesting the repair process had already started beneath the surface.

Healthy skin is built slowly.

That's exactly what makes these findings so interesting.

Why consistency matters.

This is where most people quit.

The strongest clinical studies didn't measure participants after only a few sessions.

Researchers followed them for weeks as treatment continued.

Instead of plateauing, improvements continued in wrinkle severity, skin roughness, elasticity and

collagen density.

Think of red light therapy like going to the gym.

One workout won't change your body.

Hundreds of workouts will.

Your skin behaves the same way

It's about much more than wrinkles.

Wrinkles are simply one visible sign of aging.

The research is becoming increasingly focused on what happens underneath the skin.

Healthier collagen.

Improved dermal structure.

Better elasticity.

More even skin quality.

Rather than covering imperfections like makeup or temporarily hydrating the surface like many creams, photobiomodulation supports the skin's own natural repair processes.

That's why the improvements tend to build over time.

Why does red light therapy work?

Every skin cell contains tiny energy factories called mitochondria.

Most people have heard that red light therapy can help reduce wrinkles.

But that's only part of the story.

Human clinical research has shown improvements in wrinkle depth, skin firmness, elasticity, collagen density, complexion, and overall skin quality when the correct treatment parameters are used. The key point is that the results seen in published studies don't come from just any red light device they come from devices using carefully selected wavelengths, appropriate treatment times, and sufficient light intensity.

One of the largest randomized controlled human trials by Wunsch & Matuschka followed 136 volunteers and found significant improvements in:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Skin roughness
• Skin complexion
• Intradermal collagen density
• Overall skin appearance after repeated treatments.

More recently, the 2023 Lucibel clinical study using 630 nm red light reported progressive improvements in:
• Wrinkle depth
• Skin firmness
• Skin elasticity
• Dermal density
• Pore appearance
• Skin texture
• Overall skin quality over a 3-month treatment period.

The takeaway?

Photobiomodulation isn't magic it works by interacting with light-sensitive molecules inside cells, helping support normal cellular energy production and the biological processes involved in tissue repair and collagen production.

That's why not every panel produces the same results.

Treatment outcomes depend on:
✓ Clinically relevant wavelengths
✓ Adequate irradiance
✓ Proper treatment duration
✓ Correct treatment distance
✓ Consistent use over time

At RLT Home, every Total Spectrum panel was designed around the science not the marketing.
