Positive energy matters especially on the busiest, craziest days. It starts at the top, and Dr. Rose is always bringing it, checking in, encouraging the team, and keeping everyone going.

But good leadership is also knowing when to read the room. When your team has poured EVERYTHING they have into taking care of patients all day, sometimes that “positive energy” looks a little more like… 😵‍💫🫠😴
