NPWH is pleased to announce Debbie Mason, CFRE, APR, CPRC, Fellow PRSA, as our new Chief Executive Officer.

After serving as Interim CEO since December 2025, Debbie will lead NPWH as we advance our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and work toward our bold 2030 vision: advancing and protecting the WHNP profession, equipping WHNPs for excellence in practice, and building the future women’s health workforce.

Congratulations to Kristin Gianelis, DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC, ANP-BC, MSCP, PMH-C, CNE, FNPWH, on being named a 2026 Fellow of NPWH! 🎉

With more than 20 years of clinical experience across the reproductive and sexual health continuum, Dr. Gianelis is dedicated to advancing women’s and gender-related health through clinical practice, education, scholarship, leadership, and advocacy.

As Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Women’s and Gender-Related Nurse Practitioner DNP program at Loyola University Chicago, she prepares the next generation of nurse practitioners to provide inclusive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. She also supports the advancement of WHNP practice as an Associate Editor for the Clinical Journal for Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (CJNPWH) and through her leadership with NPWH’s Advocacy Committee.
