Day 34 of my Metabolic Reset ✨
I’m down 13 pounds… but honestly, that’s just the headline. The real story is what’s happening underneath.
My energy is back. Not the jittery, push-through kind… but steady, grounded, reliable energy that carries me through the day with ease.
I can feel that I’ve moved beyond the heavier detox phase, and my body is now working with me instead of asking for constant recovery.
What I’ve loved most about this journey is how simple it’s been.
I kept supplements minimal...only what truly supports detoxification and energy. I kept food clean and aligned. But more than anything, I kept listening.
And something fascinating happens when you begin resetting your metabolism…
The noise quiets.
The confusion fades.
It’s like a fog lifts, and suddenly your body’s signals become clear, calm, and trustworthy.
I know when I’m hungry.
I know what I need.
I know when I’m satisfied.
And here’s the part I find really important…
I still feel hunger.
In a world where so many are turning to GLP-1 medications that silence hunger completely, I’m becoming more and more curious about what hunger actually means for us.
Because from where I stand right now, hunger isn’t the enemy…
It’s communication.
It’s intelligence.
It’s life.
