The Waxahachie Gingerbread Trail - A tradition like no other! On the Brighter Side will be at this beautiful Gingerbread Trail location - the Kitsmiller-Charles Home - at 1109 E. Marvin from 10am-4pm on Sunday, June 7. We'll be selling bottled water as part of our fundraising efforts. 🎓 Calling all graduating seniors who’ve spent their Saturdays making a difference at the Miracle League of Ellis County 💙

The 2026 Senior Scholarship Application is now open!

This scholarship honors students who have shown consistent dedication to our athletes, families, and mission through volunteering and service at Miracle League game days.

To be eligible, applicants must:
• Be a graduating high school senior during the 2025–2026 academic year
• Have volunteered at a minimum of 12 Miracle League Game-Days over the last 4 seasons (Spring/Fall) at Optimist Park
• Not have previously received a Miracle League of Ellis County scholarship

• Submit a completed application and essay by May 31, 2026
Important: Essays must be personally written by the applicant. AI-generated essays (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) will not be accepted.

Our On the Brighter Side team was out again this past Saturday supporting the amazing athletes of Miracle League of Ellis County. Sadly this was the last Saturday of the Spring season, but we look forward to being back out there in the Fall!
