Okay, after my funny videos...let's talk about those "11"s" friends. 😆
The glabella is the area of the face between and just above the eyebrows. Several muscles work together, including the corrugator supercilii, procerus, depressor supercilii, and orbicularis oculi.

The corrugator muscles is a major contributor to those vertical 11's when we frown.
✨Dynamic lines: appear with movement
✨Static lines: appear at rest

Over time with repeated movement along with changes in collagen, elasticity, aging, and sun exposure can cause lines to appear visible at rest.

Everyone's anatomy and movement is different.

Just like going to the gym, consistency is what makes the difference. One workout won't get you where you want to be, and one skincare treatment won't either.

As a Registered Nurse, one of the questions I ask my clients is, "What are you doing for your skin when you're not sitting in my chair?"

Healthy skin is not about perfection, it is about the little things you do every day:
