The Sagittarius Blue Moon rises on May 31, 2026, bringing the second Full Moon within the same calendar month and closing one of the rarest lunar cycles in years.

And this Moon carries fire.

Not destructive fire.
Expansive fire.
The kind that spreads faster than fear can contain it.

Sagittarius governs truth, prophecy, freedom, spiritual expansion, higher wisdom, travel, movement, and the instinct to push beyond limitation. Under this Moon, anything false begins feeling unbearable. Anything stagnant begins demanding change.

Sagittarius energy was never designed to stay trapped.

Blue Moons have long carried significance in witchcraft and folklore because they interrupt the usual rhythm of time. A second Full Moon within one month creates heightened intuition, amplified manifestation, spiritual acceleration, and powerful turning points.

Witches viewed these rare phases as thresholds where divination, shadow work, spirit communication, road opening rituals, candle magic, and spellwork carried unusual force.

And this Moon feels exactly like that.

Across these final days of May, intuition may sharpen unexpectedly. Truths may surface suddenly. Opportunities may appear with timing that feels impossible to explain logically. Dreams may carry symbolic messages that linger long after waking.

The Sagittarius Blue Moon does not sit quietly over your life.

It pushes.

Toward movement, honesty and expansion.

This energy rewards courage more than certainty. It rewards action more than overthinking. Sagittarius understands something most people forget:

You do not become ready first.
You become ready by moving.

That is why this Moon can feel emotional for those who have already outgrown old versions of themselves but still fear stepping fully into the next chapter waiting for them.

Something inside you already knows change is overdue.

The Sagittarius Blue Moon illuminates where your soul has been craving more freedom, more truth, and more life than your current reality has been offering.

Rare lunar phases shift the atmosphere for a reason.

And once the rhythm changes, staying the same becomes impossible. 🔵🔥🌕

PRINCE OF CUPS

The Bodyguard of Love

Here is the power of thought applied to emotion and the ambitions that come from this dynamic. The passions are not of fire, but of boiling water and steam. The Prince is a combination of the heat from the King and the reflective nature from the Queen -- which makes for a very intense combination. He may appear calm but an emotional intensity swirls in his depths. He is a creator of wind and storms from the heart. Emotional expression and intimacy are his aspirations. Sexual satisfaction, sensual delight and communion with others propel him. He possesses a magnetism and powers of persuasion. His will is strong and his powers of perception are potent. He is fluid and volatile at once, then calm and comforting like the ocean that sustains him.

Card Description

We see the bodyguard of love on his chariot, the flying fish: a reflection of an emotionally free self and an indication of meaning given to life. He holds the Ace of Cups in honor of his element and connection to the realm of the subconscious. A snake peers out of the cup indicating his s*xual force. Beside him swims a sea turtle with the mark of Scorpio on its back. This is the most mysterious of signs, associated with s*xual activity and the cycles of death and rebirth. A companion and crone flies along with him symbolizing his conscious connection with the anima. A cyclone in the 8th house, his home, reveals his dynamic and transient nature. He is a delightful mix of heart and head: intimacy in action.

Meanings & Musings

Yup

A core issue for humanity is that we do not feel worthy, and this feeling of unworthiness will manifest in various ways. It may be seen as a need for validation. It may be seen as possessiveness, jealousy, self-aggrandizement, the need to be right. Because you see dear one, if there is a need to be right, it is because you fear to be wrong - if you are wrong, you are not worthy. If you are jealous, it is because you fear you are not enough. If you are possessive, it is because you fear loss. And so however it manifests it comes down to a core issue.

Most people carry their past like a verdict.
They did something they are not proud of, and somewhere along the way they decided that defined them forever. The mistake became the identity. The wound became the wall.
St. Augustine knew this better than almost anyone. Before becoming one of the most influential theologians in history, he lived years of what he himself called moral chaos: sensuality, ambition, restlessness, a soul searching desperately for something to fill it. He was not a man who theorized about sin from a distance. He lived it.
And that is precisely why this line carries so much weight. It is not philosophy from an armchair. It is testimony.
“There is no saint without a past” means that every person who has ever achieved genuine wisdom, genuine virtue, genuine transformation, passed through darkness to get there. The past is not a disqualification. It is often the very material the soul uses to build itself.
“No sinner without a future” is the other half of the same truth. No matter where you stand right now, the story is not finished. The capacity for change is not reserved for certain types of people. It is the birthright of every conscious being.
This is what the great spiritual traditions call transformation: not the erasure of who you were, but the alchemical use of it. Jung called it individuation. The mystics called it the dark night of the soul. Every path has a different name for the same journey inward through shadow toward wholeness.
Your past did not disqualify you. It prepared you.

64 codons of the genetic code (DNA/RNA) mapped directly to the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching (Book of Changes).
This specific correlation is a foundational concept in modern occult philosophy, popularized by figures like Martin Schönberger (The Hidden Key to Life), Katya Walter, and most notably the Gene Keys system by Richard Rudd.
Here is an occult and structural breakdown of the mandala:
1. The Core: The Macrocosm & The Microcosm
At the absolute center sits the Taijitu (Yin-Yang symbol).
In esotericism, this represents the primordial, unmanifest source (Wuji) splitting into the dual forces of creation (Taiji).
In a biological context, it represents the binary Nature of reality: off/on, negative/positive charge, and ultimately, the dual-strand nature of DNA (5' to 3' and 3 to 5').
2. The Concentric Rings: The Process of Emanation
Moving outward from the center, the wheel demonstrates how a simple binary system complexifies into the building blocks of life. This mirrors the Taoist cosmology: "The Tao produced One; One produced Two; Two produced Three; Three produced all things."
Ring 1 (The Four Bigrams): Directly outside the Yin-Yang are four segments composed of two lines each (Old/Young Yin, Old/Young Yang). In biology, these equate to the four basic nitrogenous bases: Adenine (A), Cytosine (C), Guanine (G), and Uracil/Thymine (U/T).
Ring 2 (The Eight Trigrams / Bagua): The next ring expands into the 8 classic trigrams (combinations of three broken or solid lines, such as Heaven, Earth, Fire, Water).
Ring 3 & 4 (The Hexagrams & RNA Codons): The outer colored rings combine the trigrams into 64 distinct 6-line Hexagrams.
A solid line (Yang) represents a dominant, active force (often correlated to specific purines/pyrimidines).
A broken line (Yin) represents a receptive, passive force.
Nested right next to them are the corresponding three-letter RNA codon combinations (e.g., AUG, UUC, GGA).
3. The Outer Rim: The Material Manifestation
The outermost layers translate the metaphysical symbols into physical reality:
The Planetary/Alchemical Glyphs: The second-to-last ring contains astrological, alchemical, and cultural symbols (including the Cross, Hexagram, Swastika/Sun wheel, and elemental triangles). These are used to assign a specific spiritual or archetypal "flavor" to each genetic key.
The 20 Amino Acids: The very edge lists the amino acids (like Valine, Alanine, Leucine) and the "Stop" codons (Amber, Ochre, Opal). This shows the final physical expression of the archetypal energy—how spirit condenses into physical protein chains to construct a human body.
4. Color Coding and Elemental Correspondences
The wheel is divided into a four-quadrant color scheme (Red, Yellow, Blue, White) which serves a dual purpose:
Biologically: It groups the codons by their first or second base letter, making the genetic wheel scannable.
Esoterically: It maps to the Four Elements of Western Mystery Traditions (Fire, Earth, Air, Water) or the four directions, suggesting that the genetic code itself is an expression of the Tetragrammaton or the fourfold cross of matter.
The Esoteric Premise
The core thesis of a mandala like this is that the universe utilizes a singular, archetypal fractal pattern to manifest reality.
Ancient Chinese sages arrived at the 64-part binary matrix of the I Ching through intuition and divination thousands of years before Western science discovered the 64-part triplet code of DNA. To an occultist, this image is proof that the "Book of Life" inside our cells is written in the exact same mathematical language as the "Book of Changes" used to understand the cosmos.

Behind many “Shallow” s*xual interactions Is often a fear Of intimacy and commitment.

Not every s*xual connection is rooted in depth, vulnerability, or emotional openness. Sometimes s*x becomes a place to avoid being truly seen rather than a place to be deeply known. Bodies may meet while souls remain heavily guarded. Desire may be present, chemistry may be real, but emotional exposure and commitment often feel far more threatening than physical closeness itself.

For many people, shallow intimacy feels safer than genuine connection. Physical connection can temporarily soothe loneliness, provide validation, excitement, distraction, or relief from emotional emptiness without requiring the deeper risks of sustained vulnerability. Because commitment asks something more confronting of a person. Consistency. Accountability. Emotional availability. The willingness to remain present beyond the temporary high of attraction. To be emotionally naked is often far more frightening than to be physically naked.

This is not about judgment of choices. Human beings protect themselves in different ways. Some learned early that closeness leads to rejection, abandonment, betrayal, engulfment, shame, or loss of freedom. Others learned to separate s*x from emotional safety entirely. In those cases, “casual” interactions are not always casual psychologically. Sometimes they are carefully managed distances designed to avoid the vulnerability, responsibility, and uncertainty that real intimacy and commitment inevitably require.

Real intimacy requires more than chemistry. It requires emotional presence, mutual investment, and the courage to let another person encounter your full humanity over time. Because the deepest human longing is often not merely to be touched, but to be understood, chosen, and emotionally safe enough to remain. And that level of connection demands a depth of self awareness, maturity, and commitment many people are still learning how to hold.
