Sometimes it’s the light that catches me before anything else.

I was at Strong Yogis at Yoga is Served last night and found myself reaching for my camera.

The purple glow, the quiet, the feeling of being welcomed exactly as you are.

I left with a full heart, a hug from Susie, and a reminder that art isn’t always found on a canvas.

Sometimes it’s found in the spaces, the people, and the moments that make you feel at home.

Don’t forget to find art in everything in life. 💜✨

1-set a timer for 6 minutes
2-lay on your back and extend your arms forward from the shoulder. The arms stay in this position the whole time
3-inhale as you sit up, exhale as you lower

That’s it! Try it, take breaks, and remember to laugh a little, it’s just life 😂😂😂
