I know our Sound Bath Immersions are not about me, it’s about our community and providing services that elevate and improve their wellbeing!
But let me tell you my experience this past Saturday night! I felt immense joy and excitement beyond words!
The feeling of “this is why” was clear and reassuring!
Me realizing that not giving up, has paid off!

As we started the meditation, the energy in the room turned smooth, each sound soothed and grounded our body deeper and deeper, you could sense the tension melting away, the air transmuted into a stream of ever flowing calmness and peace.
You’re right! 😌

I’m one of you!
I’ve started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks after I got hit in my head.

One thing I refused to buy into was the idea that I had now to live with it for the rest of my life and take medication.

I’ve studied and implemented the techniques that have helped me be in control again and I want to share them with you!

Brieanne will focus on building your mind-muscle connection so that you are more easily able to feel balanced and stable as you move through the obstacles of the year ahead.
