At Trilogy, we love nothing more than celebrating our people and pouring right back into our employees. For our monthly ER3 celebration, the energy at here at Cumberland Pointe was absolutely unmatched as we hosted an unforgettable graduation party for our very own team members who are graduating in the high school Class of 2026! 🚀

Seeing our campus filled with the vibrant energy of these young leaders who beautifully balance their dedication to our residents with their studies was nothing short of inspiring.
To our graduate employees: When you are part of the Trilogy family, your milestones are our milestones. We are so incredibly proud of the hard work, late nights, and resilience that brought you to this finish line. You didn't just earn a diploma; you built a foundation for a fearless future, and we love using our monthly ER3 to pour back into a team that gives so much of their hearts every single day.

Fiesta, fun, and fitness! 🪅✨

This past week, we hosted our campus-wide Senior Health and Wellness Day with our residents, families, and friends! We celebrated with delicious food from our culinary team, refreshing margaritas, DJ Wendell's great music, and a festive piñata. Our Therapy team even brought the house down with Therapy Monopoly using specialized game boards to challenge range of motion, cognitive health, and safety awareness. We also provided great education on fall prevention, energy conservation, and Mental Health Awareness Month!
At Cumberland Pointe, health and wellness are a daily lifestyle. Our residents stay active with morning exercise groups Monday–Thursday and Synchrony Fit on Fridays. Beyond fitness, we proudly focus on the seven dimensions of well-being:
Cognitive Well-being | Physical Well-being | Emotional Well-being | Social Well-being | Spiritual Well-being| Purpose & Vocational Well-being | Environmental & Community Well-being .

We couldn’t have asked for a better summer day for our recent outing to the Indianapolis Zoo! From watching the majestic lions to checking out the playful dolphins, our residents had an absolute blast exploring, chatting, and soaking up the sunshine together.
Outings like this are the perfect way to feed the soul, stay active, and connect with our community. There is nothing quite like the joy of sharing a beautiful summer afternoon with such a wonderful group of friends! 🍦❤️

Our Campus in Color project is officially underway, and the herb garden is already off to a blooming start!
There is a unique kind of magic that happens when you spend the afternoon planting with our residents. From the scent of fresh basil to the stories shared about gardens of the past, today reminded us that it’s not just about what we put in the ground—it’s about the roots we grow together.
These herbs are going to bring so much more than just color to our campus; they bring a sense of purpose and a lot of heart. We can’t wait to see (and taste!) what this season holds.

Celebrating Mother’s Day is about honoring the women who have shaped our lives with their wisdom, strength, and endless love. At Cumberland Pointe Health Campus, we did just that with a beautiful Mother’s Day Brunch! 🌸🥂
It was a joy to see our dining room filled with laughter, shared stories, and so many generations coming together to celebrate the incredible mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers in our community. These women are the heart of our campus, and having the opportunity to spoil them was truly a privilege.
