We celebrate the incredible fathers and father figures who bring love, strength, and unwavering support to their families—especially within the NICU community. Your dedication and compassion truly make a difference.

To support all the dads who are stepping up, learning, and leading with love, we are happy to share news about a pilot study that engaged first-time dads in a new video project to help build confidence before they bring their newborn home.

Craig Garfield, MD, an expert on fathers' role in child development at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and a Clinical Advisor at AngelEye Health, supervised the pilot, which was led by Mikaela Thompson from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Lisa knows the reality firsthand.

As both a NICU mom and a former leader of one of the largest NICUs in the country, Lisa Davenport DNP, RN, RNC-NIC, understands that traditional hospital surveys, sent weeks after discharge, often come too late to help families when they need it most.

Lisa is sharing her unique perspective to invite you to join our upcoming 30-minute webinar, where we'll dive into how real-time family feedback is the key to proactive, stronger NICU care.

2nd Annual NPN Hill Day in Action - Day 1.

Team members Jaylee Hilliard, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPXP, and Nicole Nyberg, MSN, APRN, NNP-BC, are in Washington, DC, alongside the NICU Parent Network, members of our Parent & Family Voices Collaborative, and passionate advocates from across the country.

Over a two-day period, they'll meet with congressional leaders and amplify the voices of medically fragile babies and their families. The primary mission: championing H. Res. 236: The NICU Baby's Bill of Rights.

This resolution establishes fundamental rights for NICU babies and families from admission to discharge and beyond—ensuring access to informed consent, family-centered care, peer and mental health support.

You don't have to be in D.C. to make a difference!

Send a pre-written letter straight to your representative in support of H. Res. 236. - https://www.angeleye.social/m/pxyNETk6OC

Will you be there? Let’s connect and discuss how we can continue to shape the NICU of the future.

Technology bridges boundaries.

At AngelEye, we love hearing stories like this.

Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest in Waco, Texas has introduced our bedside cameras in their NICU, giving parents a secure, 24/7 live feed of their newborns. For local parents Josephine and Ray Langford, it means grandparents thousands of miles away in the Philippines can wake up, log on, and immediately feel connected to their newest family member.

Because communication is just as vital as connection, all AngelEye solutions feature language translation, supporting more than 70 languages.

Thank you Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest for being an amazing partner. Watch the full story on KWTX News 10, https://www.angeleye.social/m/GdkYT7qtSn

We’re heading to Capitol Hill!

AngelEye Health is proud to join the NICU Parent Network in Washington, D.C., on June 10 & 11, as part of a powerful advocacy effort to elevate the voices of NICU families nationwide.

Together with NICU parent leaders, healthcare professionals, and advocates, we’re uniting to push for policy changes that matter deeply to the families we serve.

We’ll be advocating for:
• Parental presence and involvement in the NICU
• Mental health support for NICU parents
• Stillbirth research
• Premature infant nutrition

Can't make it to DC? You can still make a difference by sending a letter of support. A template is provided at this link: https://www.angeleye.social/m/UcAE1HrTxl

Let’s raise our voices, share our stories, and advocate for change — together. 💙
