Tonight’s full moon in Ta**us is all about letting go of whatever we’ve been holding onto out of stubbornness or fear and just bringing our energy back down to earth. Since Ta**us is a steady, earthy sign ruled by Venus, it’s a great moment to check in with your physical space, your body and what genuinely makes you feel secure instead of chasing things that drain your peace.

If you want to do a simple ritual tonight, grab a grounding stone like smoky quartz or light a plain candle, sit somewhere quiet and write down one heavy expectation or old habit you’re ready to put down for good. Tear up or safely burn the paper, take a slow deep breath and give yourself permission to just root down and rest.
