The perfect summer hosting, iron-boosting treat for the whole family! ✨⁠

How to make it ⬇️⁠
⁠
Jello mix (multiple colours)⁠
⁠
2 scoops of Lucky Iron Daily/jello packet⁠
⁠
1 cup cold water/jello packet⁠
⁠
1 cup boiling water/jello packet⁠
⁠
Non-dairy whipping cream⁠
⁠
Rainbow candy strips⁠
⁠
Directions:⁠
⁠
1. Mix 1 cup of cold water with 2 scoops of Lucky Iron Daily. Mix until dissolved. Add 1 cup of boiling water then add the jello mix. Mix until dissolved using a whisk. Repeat per jello packet.⁠
⁠
2. Pour each jello mix into individual cups/ramekins. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.⁠
⁠
3. When ready to serve top with the vegan whipped cream. Take a rainbow candy strip and lightly bend the strip into a curve. Place each end of the rainbow candy strip on top of the whipped cream creating the shape of a rainbow.⁠

So let this be a reminder of the need for menstrual equity, education surrounding this topic, and investment in resources and research!⁠
