For too long, postpartum fitness has been about avoiding.

Avoid impact.
Avoid heavy weights.
Avoid running.
Avoid leaking.
Avoid making things worse.

While there are absolutely times when modifying is the right approach, avoiding challenge shouldn’t become the long-term goal.

I want more for moms than simply being symptom-free.
I want them to feel strong enough to lift heavy.

Confident enough to run, jump, hike, swim, and play.

Resilient enough to handle the demands of motherhood—and still have energy for themselves.

That’s why I don’t program exercises just because they’re “postpartum safe”.

Every exercise has a purpose.

👉To build strength.
👉To improve balance.
👉To develop power.
👉To create and manage pressure.
👉To move well in every direction.
👉To build a body that’s capable—not cautious.

Because strong, capable moms aren’t built by avoiding challenges.

They’re built by progressively loading, moving, adapting, and trusting what their bodies can do.

❤️ Follow if you’re ready to train for the life you want—not just recover from the one you’ve had.

Women don’t come to me because they’re leaking.

That’s just the symptom.

What they’re really grieving is the loss of confidence in their body.

🔹The runner who stopped running.
🔹The lifter who stopped lifting.
🔹The mom who no longer feels strong.

After pregnancy, so many women are told to avoid, modify, or stop doing the activities they love.

But strength isn’t the enemy.

With the right approach, strength can become part of the solution.

If you’ve been dealing with leaking, pressure, prolapse symptoms, or feeling disconnected from your body, you’re not alone.

What would change if you trusted your body again?
