Before your session, has anyone actually taken the time to look at where your pain is, how your body is moving, and what may be contributing to it?

At Still Waters Massage & Wellness, that’s exactly what we do.

Your pain isn’t always coming from the place that hurts.

Before we begin, we take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, look at movement and areas of tension or restriction, and identify what may be contributing to the problem.

Then your massage is built around "what YOUR body needs".
