What if you're not stuck because therapy isn't working?

Therapy is powerful.
But it was never meant to carry the entire weight of your healing journey.
You are a whole person.
Mind.
Body.
Spirit.
And often growth happens when we begin paying attention to all three.
The question isn't always:
"Do I need more therapy?"
Sometimes the question is:
