Job Title: Remote Dental Insurance & A/R Specialist (1099 Contractor)

Pay: $24.00/hour (paid once per month)
Schedule: 6–8 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Hours: Must be available during standard office hours
Start Date: Week of May 4th
Location: Remote

About the Role:
Tooth Fairy Dental Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Insurance & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role functions as an extension of the front desk, supporting dental practices with critical revenue cycle tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Insurance verifications
• Patient accounts receivable (A/R) management
• Ledger audits and account accuracy reviews
• Sending patient statements
• Calling patients regarding outstanding balances

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in dental insurance, A/R, and auditing
• REQUIRED: Strong working knowledge of Eaglesoft software
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and auditing accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members

Requirements:
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Must have your own desktop computer, printer, and scanner
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work consistently during office hours

What We Provide:
• Remote access connection to the dental office
• Google phone number
• Electronic fax system

Additional Information:
• No weekends or holidays required
• Pay is issued once per month
• References will be checked
• Must live in the U.S.
• Position is located in Central Standard Time
