🦋 If you’ve always wanted to learn Tai Chi and Qigong but don’t have a Tai Chi teacher in your area, a live online class is a great option.

I will teach you! ❤️
My new 6-week program starts soon, and it’s very beginner-friendly.

I’ll teach you a simple Tai Chi Form with no turns - just walking forward and back. You’ll learn all the core Tai Chi movements and we will put them together into one simple Form, so you can easily practice on your own.

Recordings and extra instructional videos are included, so you can review the lessons and practice whenever you want.
No experience needed. Just come ready to learn and move.

What a busy weekend!!! Performing Kung Fu for 3 days in a row at the largest Asian festival in the US. Today’s performance of our Kung Fu kids was amazing. Big crowd too. Last chance to see us is on Sunday at 1:30pm at Butler Field.

My balance training program starts tomorrow online and in person in Naperville. Great for active seniors who want to improve their balance, bone density, strength of the legs and support the joints.

Warning: we walk slow, very slow. Not easy, trust me. But I promise by the end of this program you will move much better.

🦋 There is something transformative to hold the Tai Chi Sword. So powerful!

Traditionally, students have to practice Tai Chi for few years before they pick up the sword. But I wanted to create an opportunity for everyone to experience it, even complete beginners. We will learn some basic movements, and, most importantly, we will have fun.

No sword fighting, sorry.

Only in Hinsdale in November. Only few spots are available. Link is in my Bio.

Do you agree this is sad? 😔

Why no one talks about Tai Chi?

Is it because it’s hard to believe that such a slow, low-impact exercise could have an impact on bone health?

Because it looks boring? Because it’s not the kind of exercise wellness gurus are rushing to try?

Or because people think you have to practice for years before you can get any benefits?

Hear me out! 👇

You are challenging your bones while learning Tai Chi. You don’t have to move like a master to start benefiting from the practice.

And FYI… you’re also working on your balance, coordination, strength, and brain while learning Tai Chi!

If Tai Chi looks too complicated, I have another option for you:

Tai Chi Walking. 🚶‍♀️

It’s my balance-training program designed especially for people who want to improve their balance and stability, including seniors and people working around injuries or back and knee pain.

I teach both Tai Chi and Tai Chi Walking online and in person throughout Chicagoland.

All women after 40, especially the ones after menopause that can’t jump, lift heavy or take HRT deserve to know they still have option to improve bone density - Tai Chi.

Does Tai Chi look easy? Try it with me. 👀

Follow along with these movements and see what happens.

Your brain has to remember the sequence.
Your body has to coordinate every movement.
Your balance has to constantly adjust.
And you have to stay in control- slowly.

Challenging? Absolutely.

But here’s the thing: this is exactly the kind of challenge our bodies and brains need, especially as we age.

So… do you enjoy being challenged, or do you give up when something doesn’t come easily?

Don’t give up.
Your first class might feel hard, but with practice, your body starts to remember - and it gets easier. I promise. And even though I will challenge you in each class, it’s very relaxing and energizing.

New online and in person Tai Chi and Tai Chi Walking classes will start soon. Check my Bio.

TAI CHI - one of the most powerful ways to manage stress, without adding more stress to your body. It can leave you feeling calmer, more grounded, and more energized at the same time.

You don’t need one hour to feel better, will calm down your overactive nervous system in only few minutes.

It’s time to slow down, before your body forces you to. Slow down with Tai Chi.

Not everyone can jump. Not everyone can lift heavy. Not everyone can take HRT.

And that’s exactly why I love Tai Chi.

When we talk about preventing/reversing osteoporosis, we often hear the same advice:
✔️ Lift heavy weights.
✔️ Do impact exercises like jumping.
✔️ Consider hormone replacement therapy.

These can be great options - but they’re not the only options.

If you have joint pain, arthritis, chronic illness, balance issues, or simply can’t do high-impact exercise, don’t lose hope.

Tai Chi is a weight-bearing exercise, which means you’re supporting your own body weight while moving. During the slow, controlled shifts of weight from one leg to the other, your bones experience gentle, repeated loading, the kind of mechanical stress bones need to stay healthy. Research suggests that regular Tai Chi may help slow bone loss, improve balance, strengthen muscles, and dramatically reduce the risk of falls and fractures.

The best exercise is the one your body can do consistently.

I teach Tai Chi online and in person in Chicagoland. If Tai Chi seems to be too complicated, I offer Tai Chi Walking classes, online and in person.
