Thank you so much to Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal and its many partners (near and far) for this phenomenal donation to Easterseals. So much hard work, and so much fun 😍, went into making this year's golf event a success.⛳️ We couldn't be happier to be the recipient of their generosity.

These funds will provide life-changing solutions for children with disabilities and developmental delays, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, along with medical services and autism testing.

Here's the Kalkreuth press release announcing the final total of the 2026 donation.

Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal Presents Record $85,000 Donation to Easterseals

WHEELING, W.Va. — On August 25, Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal officials presented Easterseals with a check representing the final proceeds from the 2026 Kalkreuth Amateur Golf Championship (KAGC) and Kalkreuth Vendor Invitational, held at Oglebay. The events raised a record-breaking $85,000 for Easterseals, once again marking the largest donation in the history of the annual fundraising event.

Since 2015, Kalkreuth’s golf fundraising initiatives have generated more than $538,000 for Easterseals. The proceeds help support the organization’s mission to provide life-changing services and resources to individuals and families throughout the local community.

“We are incredibly proud of the continued generosity of our industry partners, sponsors and participants who make this event possible,” said Bill Lewis, VP Purchasing at Kalkreuth. “Reaching this milestone is a testament to what can be accomplished when our industry and community come together to support an organization that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.”

Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal and Easterseals extend their sincere appreciation to the many industry sponsors, vendors and community partners whose generosity and support contributed to this year’s record-setting donation.

BACK TO SCHOOL SAFETY
When do you have to stop for a school bus that is stopped? Pretty much all the time. The only time you don’t is when there is a divided four-way road with a median. This graphic explains it.
