We use objective testing, medical treatment, education and coping strategies to help our patients.

📢 HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS & MEDICATION REFILL REMINDER

Please note our upcoming provider availability and holiday office closure:

Amy Quinn, PA-C
Amy will be out of the office on Friday and will return Tuesday.
➡️ Medication refill requests for Amy must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday.

Kelly Knipp, APRN-BC
Kelly will be available until the office closes at 12:00 PM on Friday and will return Tuesday.
➡️ Medication refill requests for Kelly must be submitted before 12:00 PM on Friday.

🇺🇸 Holiday Closure
Our office will be closed Monday for the holiday. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday.

⚠️ Please plan ahead!
To avoid running out of medication over the holiday weekend, please check your medication supply and submit any needed refill requests before the deadlines listed above.

Refill requests received after these deadlines may not be processed until Tuesday when the providers return to the office.
