KANSAS PROUD ❤️ Deputy Alycia Buchanan with the Saline County Sheriff's Office - Kansas was presented with a Commendation today.

On June 9, when responding to a medical call in rural Saline County, Buchanan found a person not breathing. She connected the patient to a defibrillator and performed CPR until medics arrived.

The sheriff's office said that due to her calm actions, the patient was able to be treated at the hospital and survived. Thank you, Deputy Buchanan!
