In trying to understand the years and years of fibromyalgia and injury related pain I went through when I was younger, most of that time was spent in cluelessness as to the origins. All I knew was that my entire body HURT and I could not seem to get a handle on the unremitting pain. It was ridiculously tiny mishaps that seemed to cause it. I would pick up a bag and hurt my shoulder, bend over for a simple task and mess up my low back, sit too long and barely be able to walk, and my feet always hurt. The seemingly endless aspect of this cycle caused depression.
Slowly, incrementally, I was shown the answers to the pain.
One answer was raising nutrition, like Vitamins, Minerals, and other elements that are crucial and found to be missing in our modern diets. The difference is VAST between what you REALLY need nutritionally to thrive and what you are TOLD you need by the powers that be.
Another was to STOP eating stupid stuff, like margarine, fake whipped topping, dyes, sugar, deep fried foods. Like NEVER put these in your mouth. Hard lesson to learn and be consistent with..
I learned about the Immune System and how mine was extremely low functioning, then how to raise it up to be strong and healthy.
Massage Therapy entered into my life and I began to learn all about how muscles, fascia, and body tissues actually function and how manipulating and vibrating the tissues can make a difference.
Then I found out about the world of Energy healing, and how stress and trauma, along with our own interpretations of what we have been through, cause inflammation and pain. I learned about what we call 'corrections' that help the Body/Mind release the stresses that are bothering it.
The cool thing is that these modalities are available and can be implemented by anyone--once learned and applied consistently, they become yours forever.
