Fate Into Destiny is my virtual holistic wellness practice, where I offer Intuitive Reiki and Inner Healing Coaching—individually or together through personalized experiences designed to support the whole person.

My intention is to create a nurturing space where you feel supported, cared for, and empowered to take steps that align with your vision for the life you desire.

Through Aging Gracefully with Margo, I extend that same care into reflections and resources about self-care, healthy aging, joy, change, caregiving, restoration, purpose, and continuing to grow throughout life.

Fate Into Destiny has grown and evolved over the years, but the heart behind what I offer has remained the same:

I care deeply about the people I serve.

My intention for the clients I serve is that they become empowered to transform and heal their lives so they may realize their dreams.

That is still my why.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more about the experiences I offer, why they continue to mean so much to me, and some of the ways we can nurture our well-being through the different seasons of our lives.

The new Aging Gracefully with Margo reflection is live. 🦋

Lately, I’ve been thinking about self-care in very practical ways—especially what can change when we pause before saying yes and pay closer attention to what receives our energy. That awareness can also help us recognize where unnecessary stress may be reduced or eliminated as we make choices that support the life we truly desire.

This month’s reflection also includes a special experience from the On the Ground Yoga & Arts Camp, along with a few reminders I’m carrying into my own life as I continue to age with grace, intention, and curiosity.
And because August still has a little summer left in it, I’ve included a Summer Encore too. 🎶

As July comes to a close, I’m reflecting on joy as part of wellness.

Family, laughter, movement, music, shared moments, and precious memories all have a way of bringing us back to ourselves and to the people we love.

✨ This week, I get to enjoy my kind of “play.”

I will be in Los Angeles alongside my daughter, Mikel, and a wonderful team of holistic practitioners supporting the On the Ground Yoga & Arts Camp, a collaboration between Souljourn Yoga and Project Blue.

I will be presenting Becoming Her - My Vision. My Voice. My Future. This interactive experience will invite young ladies to explore their vision, voice, and future while beginning the process of creating a vision board.

This is purpose, passion, and play in motion. 🧘🏽

It is a gift to share, support, and serve in a way that aligns with my heart. 💖
