💙 Registration is now open for Navigating the Grief Journey at The Three Peaces.

This 8-week psychoeducational grief support group is designed for those who are 6 months or more post-loss and are looking for a supportive, structured space to continue navigating life after the death of someone they love.

Together, the group will explore topics such as:

• Understanding the ongoing physical and emotional nature of grief
• Recognizing triggers and creating healthy boundaries
• Rebuilding identity and finding meaning after loss
• Moving from acute survival toward long-term integration
• Sharing experiences with others who understand

The group will be facilitated by Joshua Sanchez, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Eleanor Gona, Certified Grief Educator and Grief Coach.

Grief does not follow a timeline, and sometimes the months after a loss can feel especially difficult as the initial support from others begins to fade.

For those who are 6+ months post-loss, we are preparing to offer a new 8-week psychoeducational grief support group designed to provide a safe, structured, and supportive space to continue navigating life after loss.

Together, participants will explore topics including:

• Understanding the ongoing emotional and physical impact of grief
• Coping with triggers and creating healthy boundaries
• Rebuilding identity and discovering meaning after loss
• Moving from acute survival toward long-term healing

The group will be facilitated by Joshua Sanchez, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Eleanor Gona, Certified Grief Educator and Grief Coach.
