Join us for an amazing journey into the world of sound, vibration and energy healing!

Sound Baths are a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and meditative experience. They stimulate healing on all levels, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. They are also known for relieving stress, reducing pain, and providing an increased sense of well-being.

We will take you on a journey where you will experience:
✨ A positive increase in your energetic vibration
✨ Calming of the nervous system and coming back to homeostasis
✨ The power of Reiki energy healing and sound healing together
✨ Being serenaded with various healing instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks and more
✨ Restoration of harmony and balance in the mind, body and spirit

Sound is a perfect companion to Reiki, as sound waves assist in the release of blockages and restore energetic flow through the physical, energetic, mental and emotional bodies. As the nervous system entrains to the calming frequencies, your whole being relaxes more fully.

My fellow podcasting sister, , and I had a heart-centered conversation about perfectionism, fear of failure, authenticity, intuition, and embracing failure to achieve success. We also touched on social media’s affect on us and how it’s beneficial to think about our posts being for our own self-expression and no one else.

Marissa is the host of the Embrace Failure Welcome Success podcast. She is also a mom, an actress and a comedian. I am honored to be the interview she chose for her first podcast episode!

Hey hey! I posted an impromptu episode today and I’d love for you to listen and let me know what you think! It’s about a phone call I received from my daughter who is away at college. Even though she was drunk, and that was overwhelming, I appreciate having a view into what she is doing, no matter the circumstances. Love you all! 💜💜💜
