We’re offering a trauma-informed women’s group designed to create a safe, supportive space where you can connect with others who understand, while also learning practical tools to support your healing.

Healing doesn't happen on a fixed timeline, so we built this group to match. It's open and modular, meaning every session stands complete on its own, you can join today, next week, or next month, and still walk away with tools that matter.

💛 This group is led by Anna Carlen, LADC, a clinician with deep experience supporting women navigating trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, and substance use. She brings skill, warmth, and a whole lot of heart to this work.
