If you’re 40+ and feeling like your body’s working against you, you’re probably making at least one of these mistakes (and it’s not your fault). 👇🏼

1️⃣ Thinking you just need more discipline.
You don’t. You’ve already mastered that.
Your issue isn’t willpower - it’s biology. Your hormones, metabolism, and nervous system need NEW support, not more judgement or punishment.

2️⃣ Doing the “eat less, workout more” plan from 2008
That used to work in your 30s - now it just tanks your hormones and stress response. Not to mention it SUCKS!

Your body needs fuel and strength, not deprivation and please 🙏🏼 no more 45-60mins of cardio! 🙅🏼‍♀️ (+AGAIN that SUCKS and you don’t have that much time anyway!)

I get it! It can be scary if nothing seems to be working…
I understand this very real question:
👉🏼 “But what if it doesn’t work for me?”
