In my post yesterday, I mentioned Past Life Regression. I'm facilitating that today, so let's talk about what that is and what it isn't.

The form of Past Life Regression that I facilitate is a guided meditation. During this meditation, we start out in nature and work our way into a space that can lead us into another life in our soul's journey. In this space, we experience all that we can about who, what, where, when, and why. Our time here can open up the possibility of understanding where things from that life are impacting us in this one. After gaining information, we move to the difficult part. We're going to experience the death in that life. While this may seem challenging, it's an important part of understanding that journey. Then we move into an in-between space where we have the opportunity to spend time healing. From there, it's back out into the physical space of here and now.

This version of Past Life Regression isn't hypnosis. While I'm asking questions to prompt you to move through the session, I'm not offering suggestion as to what you're doing, seeing, and experiencing. I'm simply holding space for you to discover what you need to discover for yourself.

These sessions are gentle and safe. At all times, I'm holding careful space and ensuring that you're comfortable. After the session is complete, I'm here for you while you process the experience.

❤️ A Decade ❤️

I received my first Reiki attunement 10 years ago today. I've been thinking about it a lot for the past few weeks. I've thought about how much I've changed as a person and all the amazing people Reiki has brought into my life. That's not where I'm finding the most gratitude though.

It's in my personal practice. It's recognizing how many times I've shown up for myself. I could probably count the days I've skipped my daily practice in the past 10 years on my hands. Sick, tired, overwhelmed, on vacation, whatever the situation, I've found an opportunity to find the beautiful space that is Reiki. Showing up for me hadn't really been in my toolbox before that.

As a natural extension of that, holding space for other people to show up for themselves became the driving force behind the practice I share with others. I'm so inspired by seeing others show up for themselves too!

The path that Reiki has led me down opened the door to so much more. Sound, Akashic Records, Past Life Regression, channeling, crystals, and the exploration of consciousness. All of these things have become home to me.

Here's to the next decade of Reiki in my life! I can't wait to see where it takes me!

On Sunday, I hosted my first full moon ceremony in my back yard. We turned in, heard some singing bowls, wrote and burned intentions while the drum played, and spent time around the fire after. It was a beautiful experience and I'm excited to continue them!

None of it will get you anywhere if you aren't going to do the work.

Look within.
All the way into the shadows.
Love every part of yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Keep looking until the sting is gone.
Let go.
