Thank You for Supporting Our Backpack Drive! 💙🎒

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Backpack Drive and helped us get students ready for a successful new school year!

Thanks to those who fundraised through the Autism Superhero 5K, we were able to provide 75 backpacks filled with school essentials to help students start the year feeling prepared and confident. 📚✏️

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this possible. Your support shows how our community can come together to make a meaningful difference for local families. 💙

We're excited to share that a licensed clinician from the Advocates counseling team is available on-site at the Autism Resource Center every Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If you're seeking emotional support, guidance, or help navigating services, our clinician is here to help and can connect you with both in-person and virtual therapy options—with no waitlists.

*Please note: Visits are by appointment only. There are no walk-in appointments, so appointments must be scheduled in advance. *

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate with the Autism Resource Center at our Block Party! From the smiles and laughter to the games, activities, and time spent together, it was a wonderful day filled with community, connection, and fun.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make the event possible, including our amazing staff, vendors, and everyone who joined us!

Applications are open for Advocates’ Neurodiversity @ Work program!

Designed for young adults ages 18–26 in eastern and central Massachusetts, Neurodiversity @ Work helps participants build confidence, develop valuable workplace skills, and prepare for meaningful employment. No previous work experience is required!

Participants receive support with:
✨ Hands-on technical skills training
✨ Communication and executive functioning
✨ Career readiness and professional development
✨ Job placement assistance
✨ Opportunities in biotech, healthcare administration, e-commerce, hospitality, IT, and more

With individualized support for participants and resources to help employers build more inclusive workplaces, Neurodiversity @ Work is creating pathways to greater opportunity, confidence, and success.
