Chair Yoga & Pilates class was a big hit! As a teacher it’s a whole new community, a new set of mobility challenges, and a new set of nerves that I love feeling because it keeps my passion and hunger for helping to heal others burning bright!

I’m so excited to get to know this new group of people!! That’s the best part of my job…. The beautiful souls and smiles I get to know!

Look out Baltimore I’m bringing yoga back!! I’m partnering with Downtown Partnership of Baltimore in hosting Yoga in The Park with my mobile Hot Yoga Dome business BYOG (Bikram Yoga On The Go). Starting in April I’ll be leading lunch time, (1) hour of the 26 & 2 series inside the Hot Yoga Dome to a warm 95 degrees. The class will be on Tuesdays at noon in the Charles Street Plaza at 1 North Charles Street. I hope to see you there.
