HOSPICE 101! 💙

Another successful day spreading compassion, building relationships, and helping educate healthcare professionals on what hospice care is truly all about.

We spent the afternoon at Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing with their amazing nursing team and STNAs, sharing our Hospice 101 program and having meaningful conversations about how hospice supports patients, families, and facility staff through every step of the journey.

To help celebrate CNA/STNA Week, we also provided lunch as a small token of appreciation for the individuals who truly are the backbone of every skilled nursing facility. Their compassion, dedication, and hard work make a difference in the lives of residents every single day.

Thank you to the team at Medina Center for Rehab for trusting Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care to partner with you, celebrate your staff, and help provide education on what hospice really does and the value it brings to patients and families.

50 Years of Supporting Seniors! 🎉

Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services was honored to help celebrate this incredible milestone at the Soprema Senior Center in Wadsworth, Ohio.

For five decades, the center has provided friendship, resources, activities, and support to seniors throughout the community. We were proud to join in the celebration and, alongside fellow sponsors, provide the dessert table for this special event.

PRM, Rachael, wanted to show appreciation to the incredible team at The Willows at Bellevue, so she brought coffee for the staff—but not just any coffee! Chloe's Pit Stop Coffee rolled right into the parking lot and helped make the day extra special.

Creating synergy, building relationships, and having a little fun along the way!

That's exactly what happened last evening at the beautiful Nauti Vine Winery in the Portage Lakes, with PRM Danielle.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the Case Managers who joined us for an evening of networking, collaboration, and connection. Events like these strengthen partnerships and ultimately help us better serve the patients and families who trust us with their care.
