What I'm looking for as a teacher...

Side Plank or Side Twist

Watch points
- Straight line from ear, shoulder, spine, hips and to the ankles
- Maintenance of height of hip to achieve maximum core work
- Shoulder Stability

I'm not just counting...
I'm checking form, posture, alignment and aiming to avoid injuries.

And by the way...
Bad reps don't count so excuse me if I forget your 4 BAD REPS...
