Our Mamelodi Open Day was about more than just an event ❤️
It was a chance for the community to meet the Sungardens team, learn more about the support and services available in Mamelodi, access free HIV testing, browse the shop and simply spend time together.

After losing his wife, Jannie found comfort in something simple: continuing to help others ❤️

For years he has volunteered behind the scenes at Sungardens by sorting donated puzzles for our retail store, piece by piece, box by box.
What may seem like a small act has become something deeply meaningful. A sense of routine. A sense of purpose. A reminder that kindness still matters.

We are incredibly grateful for all our volunteers whose time and care continue to make a difference in our community.

Grief can feel incredibly lonely and confusing, especially when people around you don’t fully understand what you’re carrying.
Our Bereavement Support Session is simply a gentle space where people can come together, reflect, listen, connect and feel supported ❤️

There is no pressure to speak or share anything you don’t want to. You are welcome just as you are.

What a special morning at the Quatro Road Race ❤️
From cheering on runners at our water table to seeing the community come together, it was a privilege for Sungardens to be part of the day.
